Case Study

BayFront Development

BluePrint Business Communications has been selected to serve as BayFront Development’s agency of record.

For years, both global and national brands have fallen victim to real estate deals gone wrong. This prompted Ron Sutphin Jr. and Travis Hayes to establish BayFront as a solution. The North Carolina development company specializes in Site Selection, Build-to-Suit Opportunities, Public-Private Partnerships, Land Acquisition, Design, Market Analysis, Budgeting & Leasing.

The first objective that BluePrint satisfied was the creation of a logo. BluePrint’s graphic design team hoped to covey a nautical theme given the nature of BayFront’s name.

BluePrint then completed a web development project on behalf of BayFront. The branding team was able to showcase work BayFront professionals had completed in the past. This strategic communications tactic aligned BayFront with the likes of various Fortune 500 companies. Throughout the site, the Raleigh marketing agency made sure to implement several CTA’s.

With the web development complete, BluePrint will now look to roll out email and social media campaigns. In an effort to secure the best results on behalf of BayFront, the team at BluePrint has identified the decision makers in real estate deals. The typical title includes but is not limited to VP of Real Estate, VP of Development, and VP of Facilities.

Fortunately, the professionals at BayFront have forged strong bonds across numerous industries of interest. This will assist BluePrint as the team communicates with key stakeholders.

While this will be an ongoing project, BluePrint Business Communications was happy to earn some early praise from BayFront Managing Partner, Ron Sutphin.

“BluePrint is an amazing firm. They have provided our new development firm with fantastic insight and data. The guys did a great job creating a marketing and digital outreach plan and have been in the trenches with us the entire time,” said Sutphin.
